Processing/Shipping Policy
  • Classic Code by AR is ONLY ACCEPTING PRE-ORDERS at the moment, excluding our ready-to-ship units, our "limited edition" wig collections and our wig services. Therefore, please allow time for your payment to be received in full, especially IF you purchased using a "Buy Now, Pay Later" Option (exp: Shop Pay installments, Affirm, etc.).
  • Once your FULL payment is received, your order will begin processing the next business day during business hours (M-F 10am-6pm) and shipping is 2-4 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and any announced “out-of-office” times). Our estimated processing timeframe is typically 7-14 business days; however, we advise you to refer to our  processing timeframes listed below for further details.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your package within the next 24-72 hours, in order to track your order via USPS or shipping carrier of choice (for international customers). Please be advised that a signature is REQUIRED by the customer upon arrival of your package.
  • IF you have not received a confirmation email with the tracking # for your package within specified timeframe, please contact our customer support email at info@classiccodebyar.com with your order number and name immediately. PLEASE be advised that this may be due to the shipping carrier not processing your order yet as a result of an influx in packages or significantly busy hours. For further inquiries on tracking information, PLEASE contact the shipping carrier. Otherwise, refer to your confirmation email with your tracking #.

Processing Timeframes

  • Any additional inquiries via email pertaining to order status, updates and/or processing timeframes will not be acknowledged IF within estimated timeframe. Please refer to the estimated processing timeframes listed below for further inquiries based on order type:
    • Ready-to-Ship Units (1-2 business days) 
    • "Limited Edition" Wig Collections (1-2 business days)
    • Supply Your Own Wig (5-10 business days)
    • "The Classics" Wig Collection (7-14 business days)
    • Pre-orders (7-14 business days)
    • Wig Services (varies based on service(s) selected)
  • At Classic Code by AR, we try our best to abide by our processing timeframes listed above. However, please be advised that the processing time frames listed above are estimates and approximates ONLY. Therefore, if any unexpected delays may arise, we ensure you that we will try our best to contact you via email as soon as possible.

International Shipping

  • Please understand that upon arrival of your package, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs fees and/or taxes that are required prior to and/or after receiving your package.

Refunds Policy

  • All orders are FINAL SALE; therefore, we strongly advise that you are 100% certain about placing an order with our company before proceeding forward on our site and finalizing any purchases. 
  • Before making a purchase with Classic Code by AR, please understand that once your order has been placed, fulfilled and/or full payment has been received - NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES will be issued. If you believe there is an error/mistake with your order, feel free to contact our customer support email at info@classiccodebyar.com with your order number and name immediately and allow 24-72 hours for response/clarification.
  • We DO NOT issue refunds/exchanges for failure to thoroughly read through our Terms of Service and all of our store policies prior to making a purchase with Classic Code by AR. Once orders are placed and full payment is received, all order specs are immediately placed afterwards, therefore, refunds CANNOT be issued, unless clarified and approved with owner via email at info@classiccodebyar.com.

Returns Policy

  • Classic Code by AR takes pride in providing quality hair products, services, and experiences to all of our customers to ensure their satisfaction. Therefore, if you happen to receive the incorrect package, we will gladly accept the package back in return and replace it with the correct order. HOWEVER, we strongly advise for you to contact us via email at info@classiccodebyar.com no later than 72 hours AFTER scheduled delivery date of your order (and order received via USPS signature confirmation upon delivery), in order to receive a replacement of your order with the correct one, if applicable. 
    • For your email, please forward your order confirmation email with the tracking # for your package and the concerns you have with your order. Also, please provide your name and order # within the subject of the email; therefore, it is easier to locate the order in our system and make accommodations, if applicable. 
    • IMPORTANT - If approved, the product must arrive unused, unaltered and within the same condition it was sent and received or else the returned order WILL be declined.
  • For wig services, including our "Supply Your Own Wig" (SYOW) service - PLEASE be sure to read the descriptions and details of the selected service prior to placing order to ensure you're fully aware of the information and requirements needed to accept and process your order. We strive for customer satisfaction; therefore, we try our best to prevent potential returns and/or errors with orders as much as possible.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Orders

  • PLEASE be advised that once orders have been processed and shipped and your tracking # has been sent via email, the order is no longer within the care of Classic Code by AR; therefore it is no longer our responsibility. We would strongly advise you to contact the shipping carrier, USPS Mail or shipping carrier selected (for international customers) on any inquiries/questions/concerns pertaining to the status, condition and/or location of your order.
  • Classic Code by AR IS NOT liable for any products damaged, stolen and/or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. Please make sure to take pictures of and save any packaging materials and damaged goods as proof before filing any claims. Any order disputes regarding lost/stolen/damaged packages WILL be backed with proof of purchase, signature confirmation via shipping carrier as well as Classic Code by AR’s policies.
