  • Do you sell customized wigs?

Yes. All of our wig collections ("The Classics", "Limited Edition" and "Ready to Ship") consist of customized units and our listed under our "Collections" tab. For further details, we advise for you to read the descriptions of each collection. 

  • Do you sell regular, un-customized wigs? 

Yes. All of our pre-made (standard-machine made) wigs are listed under "Pre-made wigs" within our "Shop" tab.

  • What's the difference between Ready to Ship (RTS) and Pre-Order? 

The difference would be the processing timeframe. With RTS, when the wig is posted that means that it is available immediately for purchase and ready to ship out the same day or the next business day. As for pre-orders, all of our products are pre-orders only, excluding our "Limited Edition" and "Ready to Ship" wig collections. All pre-orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days AFTER full payment is received and ships within 2-4 business days. Therefore, the processing time for your order begins the next business day AFTER full payment is received to allow our 100% virgin hair to ship internationally.   • How long will shipping take? 

Shipping typically takes about 2-4 business days. For further details, we strongly advise for you to read through our store policies.

  • Where do I send my order, if I purchased a wig service?

All requirements for wig services are listed under the service descriptions/details, if applicable. You can also find all of our business information under "Contact" within the "Customer Service" tab and also at the bottom of our homepage under "Get In Touch". 

  • Why was my order was cancelled/refunded after placing it?

There possibly was an issue with the information entered to place the order or depending on your order, certain requirements may not have been met in order to accept, process and fulfill the order. For clarity, feel free to contact our customer support email at info@classiccodebyar.com along with the order # and your full name. 

  • Do you accept other custom color request for wigs?

Not at the moment. All of the custom colors we provide are listed within our Wig Color Service. For the options available, including custom highlights, feel free to send in any inspiration photos and/or videos you would like to use to better clarify your vision,  to our customer support email at info@classiccodebyar.com along with your order # and full name on the order. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response, if applicable.

  • What service should I choose if I have my own wig I would like to get customized?

We would advise our Wig Customization Service; however, ensure you select the correct "wig source" option considering you are providing your own wig. We would also advise for you to read the service description/details prior to purchasing the service to ensure you are aware of any requirements needed to receive your wig(s).

  • I have questions, but I don't see them listed/answered in the FAQ's.
